FAQs

Q. Once purchased my deals what do I do next?
A-> Just take your receipt or QR code + matching ID with you to the vendor + they will redeem it for you to enjoy your purchase.

Q. How long is my deal valid for?
A-> It will only be valid for the day you chose on the calendar when purchasing your deal, unless specifically say in deal rule’s + details.

Q. I received a QR code as left only a deposit. When do I pay the remainder?
A-> You pay the remainder once at the vendor. Once paid the total amount due, you then will receive your purchase.

Q. I purchased a VIP table deal for 1 OAK CLUB but can’t find the club? What do I do as running late?
A-> Please CONTACT the “STAFF member” on the app that the vendor has allocated you OR CONTACT Danny at Silverback Hosts on +1-702-410-8473 and he will guide you!

Q. On vacation + trying to download the consumer app + it wont download?
A-> Please contact the hotel secure network via wi fi. This should solve the issue, otherwise please CONTACT Danny on +1-410-8473 via call/text + we will resolve it.
